When viewing program registrations, you may notice some players have a red check box next to their name (see below). This signifies the player account is not within your club account (not under the Club tab and Players). Either the player is with another club or not with a club at all. The below instructions will show you how to import the player account into your club's account from the program registration.
Step One:
When viewing the program registrations, click the player's ID number to view the registration.
Step Two:
From the registration overview, to the right, click "Import Player To Club".
