GotSoccer offers many tools to view billing transactions and issue refunds with ease. The below instructions will demonstrate a simple way to view your club's transactions and issue refunds.
Step One:
To view your transactions, from your Home tab overview, click "Billing" in the dark grey menu bar.
Step Two:
From the billing overview, you will see a calendar view displaying credit card and e-check transaction totals for each date. You can click on a specific date to view transactions for that date or click "Transactions" in the light grey menu bar to view all transactions.
Step Three:
From the "Transactions" overview, you will see the list of transactions, including the BillingID, InvoiceID, the player or team name, date, etc. You will also see many filters allowing you to search transactions within a certain program or event, search a specific team or player, search voided or refunded transactions, and search transactions within a date range. Additionally, you can export the transactions list to an XLS spreadsheet or QuickBooks.
Step Four:
To the right of the transaction, you will see "Full Refund" or "Adjustment". Full Refund will do just that, and clicking Adjustment will allow you to designate a partial refund. Please note, Adjustments can only be done with credit card transactions, not e-checks.
Additionally, there is an option to void the transaction within the same business day of it being presented.
