How To Manually Charge Initial Fee For A Program

If you notice player's registering for your program are not being charged the initial fee, don't worry, this may have just been one box that was not checked. The below video will show you how to change that setting and how to go and charge the initial fee for players who have already registered. 

1. Click on the Program Name 
2. Scroll to the bottom and check "Process initial fee via Credit Card / eCheck immediately upon registration" then click save
3. Scroll to the top of the page and click "Program Registrations" in the light grey menu bar
4. Find the player you need to charge and click the player's ID number to the left of their name
5. You will then click on the player's billing account number
6. Click the "Invoices & Payments" tab
7. Then click the invoice number for the Initial Registration Fee
8. From this screen, you will see the option to "Charge Card"
