Event Director - Updating Coach and Team Name Changes in League or Tournament

As a tournament or league director, periodically you will want to update coach and team name changes for the teams in your event.  That way the most current information will populate on game cards and rosters.  

1. Click on your Teams List in your league or tournament:

2. You may need to increase your Page Size to get all of the teams in your event on one page.  

3. Coaching Changes will show as a yellow Yield sign, Team Name Changes will show as a blue ? sign.  You can click the box next to each team that needs an update, or just click the checkmark at the top of the column to include all teams.  Then click the Update Selected Team Names button, and then repeat the process for the Update Selected Coaches button.
