As a tournament director, you may need to print all of your game cards for your referees to have on the fields. Most commonly we see tournament directors using our full game cards, this will show both teams rosters as well as the coaches and managers on those teams. If your event allows mobile scoring the game cards will also include instructions on how referees or coaches can enter those results.
Step One:
Once logged into your event, click on the Export tab in light grey.
Step Two:
For full game cards, you can access them on the left-hand side in dark blue. For compact cards, you can access them in light blue on the right side of the screen.
Step Three:
You can check-off how you would like to print cards. (Example: By field, date, flight etc.)
***Please note we do not recommend checking off all for each setting as this may cause the download to timeout due to the size of your event. We recommend breaking it up by day or a few age groups at a time.
For full game cards, you are able to select the printing order by location (field), date/time (beginning of each day to end of each day in chronological order), or by game number.
Also, with full game cards, you are able to differentiate a few other settings. Game cards will default to 2 cards per page. Under the other options section, you can change that to 1 card per page if you would like.
You may also decide to show player suspensions and/or referee names on the game cards under the other options section.
To print solo cards you can simply go to the Schedule -> List View tab. Filter by flight, and click on the specific game number and it will download you your game card.
