How to Archive a GotSoccer Team Account

If a team is no longer playing with your organization or is no longer active, you have the ability to Archive these teams. When a team is archived, this will take them off of your main team list. However, when a team in archived, you can always move them back to an active competitive level.  

Step One:

When logged into the GotSoccer Organization account, click onto the blue "Club" tab. Once under the club tab, click on "Teams" located in the black bar. 

Step Two:

When looking at the teams, select the team you would like to archive by checking the box to the left of their name. Once you have checked off on the team, use the tool on the right side of the filters that is labeled "Level/Grade Management", select Archive in this drop down. Once you have checked off on the team and selected archive in the dropdown, push the button "Set Level/Grade" to archive the team. 

Step Three (Taking a team out of archive):

When looking at the teams list, use the "Level/Grade" filter on the left side to view all archived teams within your account.

Once you are viewing the archived teams, Select the team you wish to make active again and use the "Level/Grade Management" tool on the right to select the level you would like to make the team. Once you have selected the team and the level, click the button "Set Level/Grade" to make the team the active competitive level selected.
