Merging Duplicate Player Accounts in your Organization

Inside of your organization's GotSoccer account, you have the ability to merge any duplicate coach, manager or player accounts. 

Step One:

When you have logged into your GotSoccer Organization account, click onto the blue "Club" tab and then click "Account Tools" in the grey bar. 

(depending on your state, the blue "Club" tab might say "Home Assoc.")

Step Two:

You will then see the tabs, Club Player Accounts, Coach Account and Manager Account. Click onto the tab of the accounts you would like to consolidate. 

Step Three:

When under the tab of the accounts you wish to consolidate, you can choose how you want the duplicate accounts to be grouped. Once you have made these selection, click "GO" to view all duplicate accounts. 

 Step Four:

When looking at the duplicate accounts, click on the green radio button you would like to keep and check the brown check box for all accounts you would like to merge into the account your keeping.

Of note, it is important to keep the profile with a photo (as indicated with the picture icon), as the photo will not be merged over. 

(If merging player accounts, if you would like for the player to retain on their team, make the team selection on the right side. Once you have made all appropriate selections, click "Merge Selected". This will merge the accounts together and send the user a notification.)
