How to Submit a Support Ticket or Feedback to a GotSoccer Event

From within your GotSoccer Team Account, you can submit support tickets or feedback directly to any event you have or are participating in. This way you can contact them directly from your GotSoccer Team Account. 

Step One:

Once logged into the Team Account, click on "Request" in the support column to the right of the event you wish to contact or leave feedback for. 

Step Two:

1. If you would like to submit a support ticket to the event, Click on "Open a Support Ticket", and you will be able to compose your message.

2. If you would like to leave Feedback fro the event, fill out the appropriate information in the section labeled "Feedback: How would you rate your experience at this event?" and click, "Submit"

Step Three: (If Submitting Support Ticket)

Once you have composed your support ticket, click "Submit" to send it to the event.
