How to create "additional features" for a program

Additional Features are used to give registrants an option to receive a discount or add anything to their registration, if it is merchandise, uniforms, extra training sessions, sibling discounts, etc.

 

Category - will group different additional features together.

Name – the actual name of the additional feature

Gender - which gender is this feature available for 

Age - what age is this feature available for

Available with Registration Fee – do you want this feature to only be available if the registrant selected a specific registration fee

Available After - putting a number here will represent how many family members of the registrant will have to enroll before this feature is made available. Ex. putting a 1 here means the second child in the family would be able to select this additional feature. 

Price – how much will this feature cost or discount to the registration. (Putting the number in parenthesis will put the amount as a discount)

Max Qty- how many the registrants will be able to purchase/select

Available Dates – The date(s) this additional feature begins and/or ends

List Order – the order it is listed on the additional features page

Required - make it so the registrant is unable to opt out of additional feature

Default Selected – have it automatically select this feature if it is available for the registrant

Active – active will make it available to be selected; making it inactive will no longer allow registrants to select this feature
