We've introduced a new feature that allows you to create a new coach account automatically directly from the player registration form.
Step One:
On the Program Registration page filter your page down to the players who've parents have volunteered to be coaches.
Step Two:
Click on the Player's ID Number to Open the registration form
Step Three:
The parental information will be located in the bottom right of the page. You can then click either "Create Coach" and/or "Create Team Official".
Step Four:
You can create a unique username and password, or the system will automatically assign one when the new coach page is saved.

Step Five:
The system will automatically generate an email notifying the new coach that an account has been created and giving the coach his/her username and password as well as login instructions.
