All contact with GotSoccer regarding ranking points must be done using the your GotSoccer Team account or via email with our staff. Also, all communication must come from either the team manager or coach and by using the tools available to them from within their team account. We rank over 50,000 teams and don't have the staff to handle phone calls from parents and players.
If you are a parent please have your team manager or coach convey your opinions and corrections through the correct tools.
To submit a support ticket from your Team Account please login and select "Account Assistance" on the menu bar. We try our best to get to each ticket within 24-48hrs, but please allow up to one week for our staff to address your issue.
