Here are the steps to create a user account and restrict it to select age-groups for either Club (Home Association) or League and Tournament purposes:
Step One:
Click on the HOME tab, and choose USER ACCOUNTS on the Grey Menu Bar
Step Two:
On the top right of the page click on the Create User Account button
Step Three:
Enter the user's Name, Email, Username, and Password.
Step Four:
Set the users Primary Role to "Age Group Commissioner then give the user access to the sections they will be working in (Club, League, Tournament) and hit Save.
Step Five:
You can now restrict the user to view specific ages and levels within your club as well as specific groups within any events.
