How do I publish assignments?

Referee Assignments can be published by the Event or the referee assignor.  When the assignor publishes the assignments they can be done on a match by match basis or for the entire event.

For the Event:

Go to officials in the grey menu bar and the go to the settings tab.  Once on settings check the publish assignment check box and hit save.

For the Assignor:

Publish an entire event: 

Go to your event chart view and pull up your assignments for any given day.  In the bottom right will be a publish Referee Assignments check box.  Check the box and hit update.

Publish by Match:

In your event go to the publish tab, there any matches with UNP are unpublished and PUB are published.  To publish a match place a check next to the match and hit the publish selected button.
