To assure the quickest possible rankings time for GotSoccer hosted tournaments please see the checklist provided below.
- Check the playoff structure in the event. Log into the event and click on “flights” in the grey menu bar. If the playoff boxes are gold, the flight is good as it using a standard GotSoccer playoff template. If you are using a custom playoff template and the playoff box is grey, click edit to ensure playoff template was built correctly. A properly built and labeled playoff will be designated with a gold star.
- Check all scores are up to date. Click the “scoring” tab on the grey menu bar. Check the box to "Hide Completed Games" then click “View All” to display all games without scores entered.
- Notify GotSoccer using Ranking Status & Alerts. If games or finals are cancelled/delayed for any reason, please notify our rankings staff so partial/bonus points can be ran. A message to our rankings staff directly within the event under the Basic setup tab “Rankings Status & Alerts.” This is also where comments from GotSoccer’s Rankings Team can be found as well. Click "Save" after adding message or status update.
If any teams contact your event about rankings points, please direct them to open a support ticket labeled “Team Rankings” within their team account so our staff can respond to the problem as GotSoccer is responsible for all points discrepancies.
