Email Associated Club Coaches

All organization accounts have the ability to email associated coaches and team officials within the Club tab under Coaches.  Club's that are utilizing premium features will have additional locations to email registered coaches or create a select groups for communication purposes using programs.  You may either email all or selected.

Below is step-by-step instructions to email selected coaches:

Step One:

Click on the blue "Club" tab.  (Tab label name may vary as this is a customizable by organization, for example in North Texas it may say Home Association.)

Step Two:

Next click on "Coaches" in the black menu bar.

Step Three:

To email ALL, click the "Email Coaches" button then proceed to step 5.

To email a select group or an individual, use the filters to find the coach or coaches you want to email. Then check the box on the left side of each coach you are want to email.

Step Four:

Once the boxes are checked click the "Email Selected Coaches" button.

Step Five:

Select the broadcast type, recipient type, and message format then click "Update Filters" button. Then type your message and press the "Send Message" button.
