How to Archive a Coach from my Organization

You can archive any account type in GotSoccer to clean up your main list of active accounts.

Step One:

Log Into your GotSoccer Organization Account

Step Two:

Once logged into the organization account, go to the blue "Club" tab, then click "Coaches" in the black menu bar.

Step Three: 

Once looking at the coach accounts, you will see a tool in the filters called “Competitive Level Management”. This tool will allow you to set the level of accounts either individually or in bulk. In the drop down list next to “Competitive Level Management”, select Archive.

Step Four:

Check the box next to the Coach's name and then select click "Set Level" next to the dropdown when archive is selected.  This will archive the coach in your account. 

**Archiving an account does not remove the account from your organization. If you wish to view the archived accounts, change the level in the filters to Archive and push “apply filters”. This will bring up the list of all the archived accounts, if you would like to take an account out of archive, use the competitive level management tool again and set the coach to any active competitive level.
