How Do I Email Players

Club's that are utilizing premium features will have the ability to email associated players and families within the Club tab under Players.  Club's that are utilizing premium features will have additional locations to email registered players or create a select groups for communication purposes using programs.  You may either email all or selected.

Step One:

Once logged in to your Club/Organization account, click on the blue "Club" tab.

(Depending on what state your located in it may titled "Home Association")

Step Two:

Click on "Players" in the black menu bar across the top of your screen. 

Step Three:

Check the box on the left hand side of the player's names that you wish to email.

Step Four:

Click the "Email Selected Players" button.

Step Five:

Select Broadcast Type, Recipient Type, and Message Format then click Update Filters. Then type your message and press the "Send Message" button.
