How to Submit a Referee's Background Check

Many states require their referees complete a background check before they are permitted to referee any matches.  Follow the steps below to complete your background check for your state.

Note: If the referee is under 18 they will be required to complete an age verification.

Step 1:

Click on the background checks tab.

Step 2:

Click "Submit New Report" and fill out your state's background check form.

** Please Note: If your "submit new report" button is not available you will need to make sure an assignor account associated with your state is listed as your primary assignor.
